As we approach the end of another year, I am filled with gratitude for partners like you who are making a difference in our community. Hilltop Clinic isn’t just a place for medical care—it’s a place where people are cared for as image-bearers of Christ, with inherent dignity regardless of their circumstances.
Earlier this year, we treated a young girl who came to us with pneumonia. Her mom, understandably worried, teared up as we discussed her daughter’s condition. Dr. Reid assured her that we could treat it and that her daughter would do great, but her tears weren’t just from worry about one child—they were from concern about her other children, who were uninsured and showing similar symptoms. She feared the costs of appointments and medication would be out of reach for her family.
Our team explained that Hilltop Clinic was created for families just like hers, and we were able to find a way to get medication for all her children at an affordable $10–15 instead of the $80 it would cost commercially! At that moment, her tears turned into tears of relief.
She looked at Dr. Reid and said, “Most doctor’s offices will only take three minutes with a patient and then charge a lot of money. But not here. I’m so glad we are here.”
This is why Hilltop Clinic exists. This is why we do what we do. And this is why your support matters.
