ATTENTION SOONERCARE PATIENTS:
SoonerCare/Medicaid is changing. The new plan is called SoonerSelect. Under this plan, you will be required to pick between 3 healthcare insurance plans: Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma, Humana Healthy Horizons of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Complete Health. Dr. Reid is participating with ALL 3 plans, so you will be able to continue your child’s care with us with whichever plan you choose.
However, to continue receiving SoonerSelect insurance and to continue with Dr. Reid as your child’s pediatrician, you MUST log on to the website, choose Reid Hebert, MD for your child’s pediatrician, and choose a plan by the deadline of March 10, 2024. 
To Do List Summary:
1) Log on to your SoonerCare care portal 
2) Select a new health plan
3) Choose Dr. Reid as your pediatrician
